No Words When Needed

So much to say,
like, “listen.”
But without the words to say,
the words can’t be said.

And it hurts.
A pain that fuels a rage—
a rage that fuels a hate—
a hate that isn’t the opposite of love,
but the very same—
so it’s just as frustrating.
